Wednesday night is my sanity night - its an all girl cell group, of very wise, wonderful, caring, equally naughty and fun women. Today was supposed to be a farewell party for Salome - one of the ladies that is following her fiance to Australia. What I did not expect, that its also a Sean-Duncan welcoming party!

Today, in a month, i everything is alright - and I really hope it is, we will be seeing what the little Sean-Duncan looks like. Hopefully, he is a BOY. Not that I mind a girl, but after few months believing that he is a little man, it would be shocking to hold a little girl in my hands. But if its a little girl - Taja-Lee - we would be just as happy to have you in our family. I hope you like all the airplanes and helicopters on your blue baby clothes - Daddy, Daddy's sister and Grandma went a bit overboard... On the same topic my brain went away on holiday. Today. All over sudden. Good bye! I just need to be more realistic about what I can do these days and stop expecting impossible. Sean must also stop expecting impossible from me - like focusing on one thing, making decisions quickly and, even understanding what he says or keep track of the conversation.

On Wednesday we went for our 2 weekly appointment with the doctor. I am 34 weeks preggies and the baby, according to doctors calculations, is 3kg! That is a little bit big, seeing that 2 weeks ago, he was 2kgs. I spoke to the receptionist, saying: I think the doctor made a mistake. To which she replied: no, he is usually pretty accurate.

Today was one of the saddest events I have ever had to document. Maybe because the whole event is a sad event, but doubly so because the people in the images are dear friends to us.
I wanted to hear what the minister would have to say there from the podium because I just didn't know what kind of consolation you give to the parents of child that graced their lives for only two weeks...
